Vintage & Classic Car Meet (Mar 23, 2025) – Another edition of the monthly classic-car meet, welcoming Oldtimer up to model year 1995​. Proud owners line up their vintage vehicles, turning Ace Cafe’s lot into a retro showcase. “Oldtimer Meet bei uns” – oldtimers meet with us – is the motto​. This Sunday, expect a rolling museum of automotive history: elegant pre-war cars, mid-century classics, and youngtimers from the ‘80s and ‘90s. It’s all about sharing the passion for preservation and allowing the public to experience automotive time capsules firsthand.

Ford Meet (Mar 29, 2025) – A brand-specific meet for Ford enthusiasts, presented by Centralgarage Sursee​. This gathering welcomes Ford vehicles of all types and eras. You might see American muscle like Mustangs and Thunderbirds alongside European Fords like Escorts or Capris. With a local Ford dealer as partner, the event underlines Ford’s broad appeal. It’s a chance for the Blue Oval community to unite – sharing everything from stories of classic Ford restorations to appreciation of the latest Ford performance models.

The annual motorcycle blessing and season opener. Two- and three-wheelers of all kinds are welcome to this event​. At 10:00 am, the Ace Cafe’s own chaplain will hold a blessing ceremony for riders and their bikes to kick off the new season​. Bikers – whether on motorcycles, trikes, or scooters – gather not just for the benediction but also to celebrate the start of spring riding. The atmosphere combines reverence and festivity: a brief service for safety, followed by a day of camaraderie, perhaps a group ride, and enjoying the warm spring weather at the Ace.

British Car Meet (Apr 5, 2025) – An event exclusively for British automobiles. “Only British cars please.”​ From classic roadsters and vintage MGs to modern Jaguars, Aston Martins, and Minis – any car hailing from the UK is invited. This meet celebrates the rich legacy of British motoring, known for its elegance and character. It’s a day of Union Jacks and UK marques, where Anglophile enthusiasts admire each other’s Austins, Triumphs, Land Rovers, and more. Tea and conversation about Lucas electrics or Jaguar inline-sixes wouldn’t be out of place as the community revels in British automotive pride.

Flea Market at Ace (Apr 6, 2025) – Another installment of the Ace Cafe flea market. Early Sunday, vendors set up to sell “relics from past times,” with stall allocation beginning at 7:00 am​. By 08:00, the swapping and bargaining are in full swing. It’s a treasure hunt for attendees: you might find vintage spare parts, old biker gear, retro collectibles, or memorabilia. Whether you’re clearing out the garage or searching for that hard-to-find part, this open-air market is the place. The ambiance is casual and nostalgic, perfect for picking through boxes while chatting with fellow petrolheads.

Cupra Meet (Apr 12, 2025) – A gathering for fans of Cupra, the performance-oriented Spanish brand. Presented by Garage Blaser AG Emmen​, the local Cupra dealer, this event showcases the sleek, sporty models that carry the Cupra badge (born from SEAT). Enthusiasts bring their Cupra Leon hot-hatches, Ateca and Formentor performance SUVs, and other tuned creations. It’s an opportunity to see the latest European performance tech and design, share experiences with Cupra’s unique blend of style and speed, and build community around this growing marque.

Vintage & Classic Car Meet (Apr 13, 2025) – The classic car meet returns, with vehicles up to year 1995 once again invited​. “Dein Oldie will im Ace gesehen werden” – your oldtimer wants to be seen at the Ace​. This slogan captures the spirit: proud classic car owners giving their machines an outing. Participants and visitors can stroll among shining examples of automotive history, spanning early 20th-century antiques through mid-century classics and youngtimers. Each meet offers a different mix of cars, but the theme remains the same – appreciating and preserving rolling history, one Sunday at a time.

Karfreitag Open – Fish ’n’ Chips All Day (Apr 18, 2025) – On Good Friday, Ace Cafe Luzern opens at 10:00 and treats guests to a British culinary classic​. It’s Fish & Chips day – available all day long​ to honor the tradition of fish on Friday. This is a public holiday in Switzerland, so no formal car meet is scheduled, but the cafe becomes a gathering spot for anyone looking to spend the day in a petrolhead-friendly environment. Friends and families can drop by, enjoy crispy fish and fries, and soak in the automotive decor. It’s a laid-back holiday opening blending British flavor with Ace Cafe’s hospitality.

Mini Cooper Meet (Apr 19, 2025) – A Mini meetup presented by Garage Burkhardt AG (a Mini specialist)​. This event brings together the big community of small cars – the classic Mini Coopers and their modern BMW-era counterparts. Expect an array of Minis: old Austin and Morris Minis with their go-kart charm, modern MINI Coopers and Clubmans, and maybe some tuned JCW editions. Fans celebrate everything about the Mini, from its cultural icon status in the 1960s to its modern revival. Ostermontag Open (Apr 21, 2025) – On Easter Monday, Ace Cafe Luzern is open from 10:00 for a relaxed holiday gathering. “Komm ins Ace Cafe” – come to the Ace Cafe – is the simple message​. No specific event is planned other than welcoming anyone out and about on this day off. It’s an easy-going day: perhaps riders on an Easter Monday tour will stop in, or families will drop by for lunch. The idea is to provide a friendly venue where the automotive community can informally meet and enjoy the day. Essentially, the Ace is saying: if you’re looking for somewhere to spend Easter Monday, our doors are open.

Polestar Meet (Apr 26, 2025) – A modern twist: a meet for Polestar electric performance cars. Presented by Polestar Switzerland​, this event highlights the cutting edge of automotive technology – high-performance EVs. Owners of Polestar 1 hybrids and Polestar 2 EVs (and perhaps Volvo electric models, given Polestar’s roots) will gather to show these sleek machines. It’s an ideal venue to discuss EV performance, charging, and design in a car-meet format. Even curious petrolheads can learn about Polestar’s blend of sustainability and speed. This meet demonstrates how the Ace Cafe scene evolves with new automotive eras, embracing electric power alongside traditional engines.
