Trucker Meet (Switzerland)

Trucker-Meet (Oct 4, 2025) – A truck meet for big rigs, where bigger is better​. This event invites truck drivers to bring their lorries (semis without trailers – “nur Solo” implies trucks will come tractor-only) to show off. It’s quite a sight: massive European long-haul trucks in bright company liveries or custom paint, alongside maybe some classic trucks preserved by enthusiasts. The motto “umso grösser, umso besser” – the bigger, the better – sets the tone​. Whether it’s a towering Scania or Volvo with chrome horns and lights, or a vintage Saurer truck from Switzerland’s past, they’re all admired. Some might decorate their trucks since it’s a special occasion (flags, lights). Truckers swap road stories, compare engine torque, and kids gape at the sheer size of these machines. It’s a different demographic than the usual sports cars, and it broadens the Ace’s community – acknowledging the truckers who literally keep the world moving. For one day, they get to be the stars, and their “office” – the truck cab – is treated like the marvel it is.
